We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Pastor to lead our growing congregation of 500+ members. The ideal candidate will have a heart for discipleship, a vision for community outreach, and strong preaching abilities. You will oversee all ministry areas and work closely with our elder board to shepherd the church.
Lead Sunday worship services. Provide pastoral care and counseling. Oversee staff and volunteer teams. Develop and cast vision for church growth.
Master of Divinity or equivalent seminary degree required. Minimum 10 years pastoral experience. Strong leadership and communication skills.
